The project includes the complete reengineering and reconstruction of the historic power station for use as Class A university administrative offices as well as the new home for a state nursing school. The project also includes the addition of 2 new floors atop the existing four-story structure requiring extensive coordination with the National Park Service and numerous local and state regulatory bodies regulating riverfront development activities. Project was completed in the 1st quarter 2017.
