A multi-family community located in the heart of the Pioneer Valley. The project consisted of 150 rental units (1, 2, and 3 bedroom) across 5 buildings, all nestled into a large, bucolic wooded lot. North 116 Flats is located just north of the UMASS Amherst campus, answering the need for housing in the 5-college region. There is also a community building featuring full work-out facilities, common areas, a game room and study spaces – all in a beautiful rural location. In addition to the market-rate units, the project provided 38 affordable housing units to the Pioneer Valley community. Benchmark Development served as the development manager, procuring all entitlements and delivering the project on behalf of the Owner Developer.
