Located in the heart of Great Barrington, MA, a small, quintessential New England town, Powerhouse Square features a mixed-use building with 22 upscale condos and 25,000 square feet of local retail. The anchor tenant for the project is the Berkshire Co-op Market which has been a fixture in Great Barrington for over 30 years.

The Cove

Located in the Village of Sylvan Beach, NY, where Oneida Lake meets the Erie Canal, The Cove is situated on a 10 acre site completely surrounded by water. The resort cottage community features 70 cottages (2 and 3 bedroom), a 120 slip marina, and 2,000 feet of boardwalk for easy water access.

North 116 Flats

A multi-family community located in the heart of the Pioneer Valley. The project consisted of 150 rental units (1, 2, and 3 bedroom) across 5 buildings, all nestled into a large, bucolic wooded lot. North 116 Flats is located just north of the UMASS Amherst campus, answering the need for housing in the 5-college region.
