PACE Campus Consolidation, NY

Led the development, design, construction, and management teams in pursuit of a nationally distributed RFP. Team was awarded a Design/Build contract which Consigli Construction Management began in 2013. This is a multi-year campus redevelopment effort with an estimated budget of over $125 million.
